- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Please see my postscript below this initial review:Sadly my experience is incredibly bad. I have been trying to get Napanee Tree Service to come for almost a year! Mark came mid winter and said impossible to do the work at that point but he would return. Finally I was told I would be called by Jamie (spellling)? Daines on Friday 13 May to confirm the following week. No call. I called on Monday 16 May and got a call back from her saying Mark would either call Tuesday to come Wednesday this week or Wenesday to come Thursday this week. Again no call! I called this a.m. to ask when Mark might come. Again no call back. Granted it is a small job I am sure for them but please then just say no and let people move on to another company. Postscript to the above! To Mark Daines' credit he came on 3 further occasions and completed the work at our property just fine. Thank you.By B.L. Hart, October 24, 2016
